I quite like that 1 mate !
Only thing I can say that might be a prob is, we have lots of international dj's & listeners, so union jack means erm 'jack' to them ?
How about a globe as a base n fonts either around the edge like renegade on the top n radio on the bottom cuved round the globe/world thingy (Id doi a pic but I only got windows paint lol it doesnt curve fonts) !

I like them all exept the ones with the bottem of the Union Jack Flag going towards the man's man parts. :o
