Mixx Chrixxy has a had a passion for music from a very early age, she started tuning into pirate radio stations from the age of 7 and is very open minded when it comes to genres.
She started raving in 1997 and has never looked back. Her DJ passion started in her teens but she only got her own set of decks in the beginning of 2007 when she was in her early 20's. Within a couple of weeks of having them she managed to get a set on renegaderadio.co.uk playing oldskool hardcore and breaks.
In May 2007 Mixx Chrixxy organised her first event in Kings Cross which was successful. A couple of months later she held pUshUp II which has a official after party at Abstract at Egg. Her love for dirty electro house music escalated around this time and she paused from playing oldskool on her radio sets.
In March 2008 pUshUp III was held. pUshUp hosted the long bar of the Scala Kings Cross for SPACE and played dirty electro house music all night long. Mixx Chrixxy played her first electro set out using only Vinyl and loved it. Since then there has been a lot of interest in bookings and things are looking up with regards to her DJ career.
